Hey, Hey, Hey! It’s Scraplift Saturday and it’s almost my birthday, so the team is scraplifting ME!!!! In addition to my design work, I’m a pretty prolific scrapbooker, so they weren’t short on inspiration! I love seeing the layouts they chose to lift and their takes on them!

Melinda - Over The Moon

I was drawn immediately to the whimsy design of this fun layout created by Traci so immediately went in search of “floating” things in my Traci Reed Designs stash. I quickly came across Traci’s Over The Moon collection with the gorgeous heart balloons and knew that I had recently snapped this sweet photo of my boys together so away I went!
I love the combination of colours in this collection and had so much creating my own background in both PSE and actual paper and ink products to tell this sweet story.

Danica - Hometown Proud + We The People

I wasn’t sure which layout to lift of Traci’s because they are all pretty awesome!! I picked this layout because the logo for the Country Music Hall of Fame was a large circle just like the shape of the fan I wanted to incorporate into my layout for the title. I used two of her patriotic collections God Bless the US: Hometown Proud and God Bless the US: We the People. I love how easily these two can be mixed together. The page came together super quickly too!

Raechelle - Indivisible

It was a challenge to select which project I wanted to lift from the vast array of gorgeous projects from Traci! The banners on this layout inspired me and I used the ‘Indivisible’ collection to create this layout, which is perfect for these sweet photos.

Karidan - Sunkissed

It is TRACI’S BIRTHDAY MONTH so we are scraplifting the ONE AND ONLY!! It was so hard going through her amazing spreads trying to pick one out to scraplift! So many layers… so bright and happy… such perfectly placed embellishments but one spread made me keep coming back to it and I also remembered watching her youtube video on how she put this one together! Now I do not scrap in the bigger spreads so I took this 9x12 layout and shrunk it down to an 6x8 spread pulled out the Sunkissed kit along with a few embellishments from the Anywhere kit to supplement. I love the right aligned design of this layout and I think that is what kept me coming back to it!
