Oh, Christmas Tree (Album!) with Traci!
I don’t know about you but Christmas time is when I always feel the need to get all creative in my scrapbooks, so when I had this idea for this cuuuute mini album to document going to our City’s tree lighting, I just knew I had to make it happen!
And then I turned it into a template so you could make it happen too! This set includes a 6 layer tree album on individual .png files, making it compatible with both Silhouette and Cricut!
I decided to decorate mine by adding an acetate cover with stars I used through a stencil from my Happy Holidays line for Echo Park and texture paste, to which I added some embellishment at the bottom. Peep the poinsettias! I made those by printing and cutting layers from the sticker sheet!
I then went ahead and added stickers and/or a place to add a photo to each layer, keeping my photo sizes consistent throughout for ease later.
I also decided that the back-sides of every album also needed a spot for photos and journaling, and I oriented those so that the words/photos would be right-side-up when you flip the page.
I might also add in one or two full-tree photos instead, depending on if I have any I think are worth blowing up! I’ll nestle this cute mini in my album by either attaching the jump ring to the binder rings, or sticking it in a 6x8 page protector!
