December Daily 2023: Story Fifteen
Story Fifteen
On day 15 of December Daily, my father had a long-awaited bone marrow transplant. He’s been through the wringer the last few years and it’s wonderful for him to finally get some treatment for his condition. Of course, this momentous occasion deserved a page in my album.
I decided that I wanted to get back to my roots and create a 100% digital page so that I could play around with all the yummy goodies that are only available to digital scrapbookers.
I started with the Miscellaneous 42 Template by Digital Scrapbook Ingredients that I modified from 12x12 to 6x8 and used the A Christmas Village: Holly Jolly Hideaway kit by Kristin Cronin-Barrow for the page.

I love love love all the little bits and pieces on this page and loved the reminder of how much I enjoy fully digital pages that I don’t have to think about printing and cutting in layers.
I printed the page as a whole on photo paper and just adhered it to the back of the previous day - easy peasy.
I also created a 3x8 journaling card from pieces of the collection, check out the video for how I modified the word bit and changed the alpha to RED!
